Upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1 now my C50 Tashiba satellite laptop and it's Matshita DVD RAM UJ8E2 won't work. Computer recognizes it in device manager and says driver is up to date but it won't do anything once you put a disc in the tray.

I have done the regedit thing to the registry and it still won't work. Deleted the drivers and reinstalled and still nothing. Can anybody help me?

Toshiba is clueless wants to charge me $199 to fix it but I know its something simple that I am just over looking. Anyone else having this issue? Generic Windows 10 Bluetooth Driver. I have been involved with computers for about 24 years and never thought that removing these 2 programs would fix what is claimed to be a corrupt registry entry. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Mind you, this still seems typical of a new Windows upgrade.
