Hi, Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community. In order to assist you better could you please confirm a couple of things: • What happens when you try to install the drivers? • Have you tried installing all the latest updates?
Samsung Support UK. Canon Mp540 Scanner Driver Windows 10 here. Intel Hd Graphics 5500 Driver Update Windows 10. R730 17.3 Essential. Downloads Qualcomm Atheros WLAN Driver ver 220.127.116.11, Windows 7. Downloads Touchpad ver 18.104.22.168, Windows 7.
Nevertheless, I suggest you to perform a SFC Scan. Refer to the link below for more information and check if this helps: Meanwhile you can try to uninstall and re-install the drivers from the manufacturers Website and check if this helps. Also make sure that you’ve installed all the latest updates including the optional updates. Please get back to us with the updated status of the issue so that we can work on it to help you better. So, I downloaded the drivers from the manufacturer's website, but the drivers are for windows only. So I ran the app under compatibility mode for windows 7.
That didn't help in any way. Then I decided that I'll roll back to windows 7 using the laptop's recovery software. I rolled back to win 7 and everything worked properly there. Then I upgraded to Windows 10 again, but this time I chose to keep all my files and settings.
This way it worked ok but I couldn't sync with my Microsoft account. Next step was to go in settings and go to recovery and I chose to Reset the PC. I Reset it to its factory defaults and apparently it kept the drivers because I didn't have to install anything after that (not even the graphics card). Finally, the touchpad works now but not in native windows apps. So it works in Chrome, Office and other apps that I've installed afterwards.
