Try installing KB3099229 instead of KB3010081. I'm using Windows 10 Pro N (x64). What I've tried was installing update KB3010081 but that wasn't helpful. When plugged in, Nexus 4 won't show in File Explorer at all. Tried enabling/disabling MTP and USB Debugging. Still not showing.
Tried uninstalling any drivers related to Google and Nexus 4 using USB Deview and plugged in again, wasn't helpful either. Windows 10 Mtp Usb Device Driver more.
