I would like to inform you that as Windows 10 is latest Operating System and it would be needing latest device drivers to work correctly, as the Driver Updates are not available on the manufacturer website I suggest you to install drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps.
On my Asus-Notebook Windows has installed the usbvideo.sys driver for my webcam With this driver the picture is upside down in the camera. Asus Webcam Driver.

Boot into setup (bios). It will tell you what key to hit during first boot screen. Usually F1, F2, Del. Some where on the bios pages you will find detected drives. See if it is listed. Tabs at top last tab to right. Look for load system defaults.
Hit that then exit save changes. When it boots back into windows hopefully it will load drivers. Qualcomm Qca9565 Driver Windows 10.
Ricoh Aficio Drivers Windows 10. Windows 10 would load best drivers for device if it's detected. If its not in device manager most likely bios did not detect it.
Know if there is 'other device(s)' in device manager then one of them could be it. Windows would have loaded drivers.

After some days without success I finally solved it: Download from amd site the last APU drivers, install them and reboot the laptop (you'll be prompted to do that). Go to the 'device manager' and force the ATAPI/SATA driver update redirecting the search to the AMD folder located in your hard drive C:. After the install you'll find AMD drivers installed instead of generic MS drivers.
